Values shown on product pages (viscosity, open time, bond strength, pot life, coverage, temperature range, etc.) are INDICATIVE and based on standard laboratory conditions. Actual values may vary batch to batch and with substrate, temperature, humidity and application method.
Always confirm the current values against the batch-specific Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and the product label before commercial use.
Application results
Wood species, moisture content, surface preparation, ambient conditions and application technique all affect the final bond. Vribond cannot guarantee results for a specific application without a trial on your material under your process.
We strongly recommend requesting a paid sample and running a bond test before scaling any new application.
Standards references
References to EN 204 (D2, D3, D4), IS 848 and other standards indicate the class our products are formulated to meet. Batch certification against a specific standard is provided on request.
